Hey everybody!

For those of you who haven’t heard my (speaking) voice before here’s your chance….. I was lucky enough to be included in Denise Gideon’s Southern Gothic Productions music podcast last week. Unfortunately I’ve no plans to play SXSW this year but am excited to see what will be happening – it’s always such a great time to be in Texas too with so many insanely talented people floating around.

Also, thanks go out to Stephen Potter who was at my show in Opening Bell for D. Anson Brady’s birthday a few weeks back. Stephen took some great video footage and has been posting it up to my Facebook page so go there and check ‘em out.

Hey you guys,
I’m just back from Hawaii – I was visiting family and friends on the island and as always had an amazing time. It’s just so beautiful and being beside the sea all the time is awesome for a Dallas girl! Got the chance to play an Open Mic set while I was over there at Tiki’s Grill in Honolulu which was loads of fun.

Back to reality on the mainland now though…. Not sure if you guys got to check out a little video I put up on YouTube a few weeks back – it was a song I wrote for my little sister when she was feeling blue. Check it out here:

I’ve also had lots of people asking for the lyrics to the songs from the album so I’m starting to put together some lyrics videos. For you guys who are thinking of taking up the guitar and want to sing along, these should do the trick! I started out with a video for ‘Save Love’ – well it is the title track from the album after all… check it out here.

Hey you guys,

Wow – it’s the end of January already, how did that happen?

I hope everyone had a great time over the holidays and is looking forward to a busy and happy 2011. Last year was such a huge one for me. Getting ‘Save Love’ released took up so much of my time and it was great to see everyone turning out to support the album and my music when I played live. I hope 2011 is going to be just as full of music. I’m aiming to write lots of new material and also keep in contact with all the lovely fans who have been behind me this far. I made a video to say thanks to y’all and also to give a first video airing to a new song I wrote called ‘Angels (Where Are You Now?) . Check it out!
